CENTURY CORNED TUNA AND FUSILLI AGLIO OLIO

Ingredients:

250 grams

1/3 cup

1/4 cup

1-180 grams

1/4 cup

2 tablespoons

fusilli/spiral pasta

olive oil

sliced garlic

Century Corned Tuna

sliced arugula leaves

grated parmesan cheese

 

Procedure:

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside.
    Heat olive oil over low heat and cook garlic for 5 minutes. Add Century Corned Tuna and cook for another 2 minutes. Stir in cooked pasta and cook until well heated through. Remove from heat. Mix in arugula leaves. Transfer to a plate and top with parmesan cheese.
    Makes 3 servings.
